Nancy Austin graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Zoology Degree then moved to Phoenix and worked at Southwest Veterinary Diagnostics for a number of years as a laboratory technician. Nancy then became a partner in the successful start up of a staffing company offering temporary employees in the areas of medical imaging, dental, and pharmacy to Cigna Healthcare and hospitals in the Valley. From there she took on another staffing position with the temp/temp to perm branch of Management Recruiters in Scottsdale. While in Scottsdale she earned a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of Phoenix. She is a lifelong horse owner and lover. When she is not working she can be found riding, or training horses. A chance meeting with Dr. Tebbe at a local horse rescue opened the door to a Veterinary technician position with High Country Pet Clinic where she has worked since opening day. Nancy brings a strong work ethic and a deep compassion for all the animals she treats.
